Yesterday, Thursday, Oppo officially announced its new Reno9 series phones, which include: Reno 9 and Reno 9 Pro, in addition to the more powerful version  + Reno9 Pro.

The Reno9 phone is the lowest in terms of specifications, as it contains a Snapdragon 778G processor from Qualcomm, while the Reno9 Pro contains a more powerful Dimensity 8100 processor from Media Tech, while the Reno9 Pro + phone is the highest in terms of specifications with a Snapdragon 8 processor. + Gen 1 and three rear cameras.

The Reno9 Pro and Reno9 Pro + phones feature 16 GB of random access memory, to be the first among Reno phones that offer this size, and the first among all OPPO phones after the Find X3 Pro phone, which was launched about 18 months ago.

The Reno9 phone offers a 6.7-inch AMOLED screen with FHD + resolution, with a frequency rate of 120 Hz. Thanks to 10-bit technology, the screen covers 100 percent of the DCI-P3 color spectrum, reaching 800 nits of brightness in normal mode and up to 950 nits when displaying HDR photos and HDR10+ videos.

Looking at the back of the phone, it appears that the design is similar to the Reno8 series phones, but the camera department comes at the level of the back, except for the lenses that rise slightly. The main camera comes with a resolution of 64 megapixels, and the secondary camera has a resolution of 2 megapixels. As for the front camera, it comes with a 32-megapixel hole at the top of the screen.

The phone, which weighs 174 grams and does not exceed 7.2 mm in thickness, contains a 4,500 mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging technology via the charger that comes with the phone. Programmatically, the phone works with the ColorOS 13 user interface based on the Android 13 operating system from Google.

OPPO intends to sell the new Reno9 phone in four colors: black, gold, gradient pink, and red, at a price equivalent to $ 350 for the 8 GB / 256 GB option, at a price equivalent to $ 387 for the 12 GB / 256 GB option, and at a price equivalent to $ 420 for the 12 GB option. GB/ 512 GB. The phone will start selling as of December 2.

This phone shares many specifications with the Reno9 phone, such as battery size and screen specifications. But it contains a Dimensity 8100 processor made with 5 nm technology, and features support for the advanced imaging platform from OPPO MariSilicon X NPU, improved 4K night video recording, and 4K Ultra HDR video recording.

On the back of the phone, a 50-megapixel main camera with an f/1.8 lens slot, and an 8-megapixel secondary camera with an f/2.2 lens slot for ultra-wide imaging at an angle of 112 degrees. As for the front camera, it comes with a resolution of 32 megapixels, just like in the Reno 9 phone.

The phone offers LPDDR5 random access memory, as in the Reno9 phone, but it is here with a size of 16 GB, and an internal storage type of UFS 3.1 size of 256 GB, or 512 GB.

The Reno9 Pro will be sold in three colors: black, gold, and gradient pink, at a price equivalent to $ 490 for the 256 GB option, and at a price equivalent to $ 532 for the 512 GB option. Similar to the Reno9, it will start selling on December 2.

Reno9 Pro + is similar to the other two phones in the series in terms of type, screen size, and front camera resolution, but its screen is curved.

Although the back of this phone is similar to its two brothers in the new series, the rear camera section is slightly prominent with a 50-megapixel main camera and f/1.8 lens slot, and a second 8-megapixel ultra-wide camera with an angle of 120 degrees, which is also used to photograph close objects. The phone features a third 2-megapixel camera for depth imaging.

The Reno9 Pro + comes with a greater weight and thickness than the other two phones, as its battery comes with a capacity of 4,700 mAh with support for fast charging technology of 80 watts through the USB-C port.

The phone will be available in three colors: black, gold, and green, at a price equivalent to $ 560 for the 256 GB option, and a price equivalent to $ 616 for the 512 GB option.

Oppo opened the door to order the phone on its official website in China, and it will start selling as of December 2. There is no information currently about the launch date of the three new phones from the Reno9 series in the global markets.
