Xiaomi‘s upcoming Mi 13 Ultra smartphone is set to feature a first-of-its-kind dual telephoto main camera. The telephoto lens on the Mi 13 Ultra will use a Sony IMX858 sensor with 50 million pixels, and will be paired with Leica imaging for a powerful and versatile camera setup.

The Mi 13 Ultra will also come equipped with a 1-inch Sony IMX989 main camera, which will feature a slightly larger sensor than traditional smartphone cameras with a size of 1.02 inches and a 4:3 aspect ratio instead of the usual 3:2.

Xiaomi has yet to release an official launch date for the Mi 13 Ultra, but it is expected to be released in April. Tech enthusiasts and photography enthusiasts alike are eagerly anticipating the phone’s release and are excited to test out its new and innovative camera setup.
