China’s Foton has announced its intention to launch new models of the Tunland G9 to compete with large pickups from Ford and Toyota.

The new Tunland G9 will come in two models with a length of 5.34 and 5.63 m, both of which will be equipped with large wheels, strong metal shock absorbers, and suspension systems that make movement smooth on rough roads, and these cars will also be equipped with lamps working with the latest LED technologies.

These cars will get a modified driving interface from the interfaces of the previous Tunland G9 cars, as the interface will be equipped with a 7-inch screen opposite the driver, and an advanced 10.25-inch touch screen, and the screen will be equipped with a multimedia system capable of connecting with 4G networks and can be controlled remotely via assistants acoustic.

In addition to the blind spot system to avoid accidents, these cars will get automatic emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, and their seats will be equipped with heating and cooling systems. The vehicles will also be equipped with light and rain sensors, distance sensors, and front and rear cameras.

The Tunland G9 will be powered by a 2.0-liter turbodiesel and 163 horsepower, and 2.0-liter turbocharged gasoline engines with 238 horsepower, and will be equipped with a four-wheel drive system and 8-speed gearboxes.
